Filson demister plate is made of corrugated blades crossed with steel plates. It is instated at the top of the tower, perpendicular to the flue gas structure. It has two layers of designs.
- Mainly types: vane type plate demister and structured packing (other types can be customized )
- Steel plate spacing: 520mm-660mm (according to the distance of channel )
- Blade pitch: 40 mm for first level, 25 mm for second level
- Material: mainly stainless steel or plastic (provide other material as required )
- Droplet discharge volume: ≤75 mg/Nm³for vane type demister plate

Filson demister plate is a mist elimination pads made of metal or plastic plate. In chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other fields, plate mist eliminators can provide large contact areas for high filtration and separation efficiency.
Filson demister plate can be made in different types for different applications. Here are two main types of demister plate: Vane Type Demister Plate and Structured Packing.
-Filson Vane Type Demister Plate
Filson vane type demister plate is made of several serrated herringbone blades with or without hooks.
The plate mist eliminator is available in a variety of configurations. It can be smooth or hooked blades. Smooth blades provide non-scaling properties, while hooked blades provide greater filtration and separation efficiency.
- Plate spacing: 1/2″, 3/4″, 3/8″, 1″, 1-1/2″, 2″ and others
- Blade height: 5″ or 8″
- Profile depth: 1/2″ – 3/8″
- Blade thickness: 0.46 mm
-Filson Structured Packing
Filson structured packing is a type of packing used in gas and liquid filtration applications. It can be made of perforated plates and screens of various materials.
