The basic operating principle of Filson air demister is combination of impingement of entrained moisture, agglomeration or growth of captured droplets, and gravity flow to the drain.
Filson SS316 air demister:
- Wire demister: 0.1-0.55 mm flat wire or round wire (usual 0.20-0.25 mm)
- Hole sizes: 4mm×3mm, 5mm×6mm, 2mm×4mm, 4mm×5mm, etc
- Width: 40-600 mm
- Thickness: 0.12-0.25mm (customized size is available)
- Surface: flat-type and corrugated type
- Customized: acceptable
